The City of Gresham will be working with broad-based community and business support to generate a development plan for a strategically important commercial center in the Rockwood neighborhood.
Rockwood has been an economically distressed and blighted area with a growing minority population. The project will create an opportunity to build a neighborhood main street that will result in quality affordable housing, and facilities for skill building and workforce training.
